Project Description

The St. Francis is an affordable housing replacement project that is part of the three-block mixed-use Museum Place revitalization effort including the YWCA Downtown Center, Museum Place Lofts and Townhouses, Eliot Tower Condominiums and Madison Office Condominiums.

  • Project Cost: $5,353,000
  • Replacement for Old St. Francis Hotel
  • 132 units of housing
    • 100 units at 0-30% AMI
    • 6 units at less than 50% AMI
    • 26 units at less than 80% AMI
  • 5% of units fully handicapped accessible; 100% handicapped adaptable
  • Ground floor retail
  • Common amenities: lobby area, community meeting room, laundry facilities, bike storage room
  • 19 parking spaces provided on-site
