Lents Town Center
Projects: SE 92nd & Harold Site
Overview
Continuing the revitalization of the Lents Town Center Urban Renewal Area, PDC is exploring redevelopment opportunities for the 3.5-acre property at the corner of SE 92nd Avenue and Harold Street. PDC owns this property and is beginning a study of potential redevelopment options.
What is going to happen on the site?
There is no current plan for redevelopment. PDC will be exploring ideas for a variety of uses that could go on this site, including office, retail, and housing and analyzing whether a change in zoning might be appropriate.
How can you be involved?
Several public meetings will be scheduled at which you can provide input and learn more about this study. You will receive a notice in the mail with dates for these meetings.
When might development occur?
It is hoped that the site can be redeveloped in the next 2 to 3 years. After the study and public input, PDC will solicit proposals from developers who are interested in the property.
