PDC has been working to implement the goals and objectives of the Lents Town Center URA Plan and the Lents Town Center Housing Strategy. These include supporting homeownership programs, improving the quality of existing housing stock, providing new and rehabilitated rental and homeownership housing for people of all income levels, and focusing on housing opportunities for existing Lents area residents.  PDC also implements City housing plans and priorities, such as the 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness and Operation H.O.M.E., the campaign to close the minority homeownership gap.
