Over the next year, PDC and the ICURAC will discuss the remaining 14 years of the urban renewal area and the priority projects and activities that could be implemented with urban renewal funds (also known as Tax Increment Financing or TIF). An important part of that discussion will be to identify the key park and transportation projects for funding. 

To support this conversation, the PDC, the Portland Office or Transportation (PDOT), and Portland Parks and Recreation (PP&R) have begun a project to update the transportation and parks implementation strategies.
