Mission

Establish a vital, cohesive, liveable and marketable entertainment neighborhood in the sixteen block area adjacent to the Oregon Convention Center by increasing long-term viability through stimulation of near-term redevelopment.

Study Goals

Objectives for the study area are summarized as follow:

• Showcase regional character and sustainable development.
• Populate the neighborhood with unique entertainment venues.
• Build on the living history of the Lloyd District .
• Link to the heritage and future vision of the river.
• Make a place in the city that has a distinctive and unique identity.
• Maximize return on public investments.
