Beech St. Redevelopment Information – 3701 NE MLK
Beech Street
The Fremont/Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Vision Study identifies this 30,000 s.f. vacant site as a catalyst site focused on job creation. The PDC signed a Development and Disposition Agreement in April 2007 with Beech Street Partners, LLC to redevelop the vacant parcel into office, retail, and medical uses. The design of the building has been approved, and construction will begin in late 2008. Anticipated total development costs are $12M.
