Riverside Parkway Corporate Center (RPCC)

In January 2002, PDC purchased 38.4 acres of prime industrial land at the eastern edge of the Urban Renewal Area. The purpose was to leverage, high density, high quality employers and jobs. To expedite the process, infrastructure improvements were undertaken that included the NE Portal Way cul-de-sac, utilities and landscaping.

The first land sale at RPCC was to the Portland Hospital Corporation in 2002 who purchased a 4.72 acre parcel generating over $1.2 million in revenue, created new jobs and retained a major employer in the Airport Way URA.

The next land sale was to DP Partners. DP Partners entered the Portland market by launching LogistiCourt at Portal Way. The Ground Breaking Ceremony for LogistiCourt was held on September 25, 2007. When completed in March 2008, LogistiCourt will contain over 260,000 square feet for industrial and distribution uses.  DP Partners purchased 13.5 acres from the Portland Development Commission in June 2007 providing over $3 million in program revenue for further job creation and retention in the URA. DP Partners will target tenants that meet the PDC Quality Jobs Program goals (QJP).
