North Macadam

	South Waterfront Central District Project The completed South Waterfront Central District Project Development Agreement is now available for review. The development agreement establishes the terms and conditions of a public-private partnership to redevelop a 31-acre area within the North Macadam Urban Renewal Area into a vibrant, sustainable mixed-use Central City neighborhood. We've also posted the North Macadam URA Housing Development Strategy, which was released Summer 2003. Three studies by E.D. Hovee & Company look at the financial and investment aspects of the project. In addition, a list of FAQs and a brief Fact Sheet are posted to help you better understand the details of this major development project. A copy of the agreement is also available for review between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at PDC’s offices at 222 NW Fifth Avenue. Please call 503-823-2595 to confirm.
