• Economic Development Roadshow

• PDC Yesterday and Today (PDC overview)

This is a good program for goups that would like an introduction to PDC. The talk covers PDC's mission, function, funding, governance, accomplishments, future projects and plans. A fitting topic for a broad range of groups including neighborhood and business gatherings and local taxing jurisdictions.

• PDC Funding

This program appeals to groups interested in learning more about PDC's mission, function and funding. Unlike other city bureaus, PDC does not solely depend on the city's general fund. This presentation will help you understand the basics of PDC and tax increment financing.
