Mayor
Vera Katz appointed 20 local business and public agency leaders to
assist the Portland Development Commission (PDC) in crafting a new
Economic Development Strategy for the City of Portland.
Starting in September, PDC staff has been working
to develop background information and research to support the process
and development of the strategy document. The Blue Ribbon Committee
provided principal oversight and input on the strategy. The members
of the committee include:
