Commission Meeting Set For Wednesday

WHO/
WHAT:		 The regular bi-monthly meeting of the Portland Development Commission will take place this week.
WHEN/
WHERE:		 Wednesday, March 14,
2007 from 3:00-8:00 p.m.
OAME offices
4134 N. Vancouver Avenue
WHY:

The following are major items on the agenda for March 14:

  • Adoption of the Downtown Retail Strategy Update
  • Approval of 10 N/NE Enterprise Zone Applications
  • Transfer of leadership on the Headquarters Hotel from PDC to Metro
  • Report on the disposition of real property at NE MLK Blvd. and Beech Street
  • Amendments to the Construction Wage Policy
Note: This will be the only public meeting of the PDC Board in March. The March 28 meeting has been cancelled. The next meeting of the PDC Board will be Wednesday, April 11 from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at Kaiser Permanente Town Hall, 3704 N. Interstate Ave.
