PDC Releases New Appraisal for Third and Oak Property
PDC has received the new appraisal of the Third and Oak property from Day Appraisal, Inc., which has appraised its market value, subject to certain assumptions and conditions, to be $1.120 million.
Attached for your information is a link to the appraisal and summary report from Day Appraisal’s James L. Barclay, Oregon Certified General Appraiser.
As part of the effort to find common ground on this potential project, the appraisal was commissioned by the Portland Development Commission in coordination with the Bureau of Labor and Industries. PDC and BOLI developed and agreed on the instructions to Day Appraisal for conducting the appraisal.
