PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
Meeting of the PDC Board of Commissioners by Conference Call

The Portland Development Commission (PDC) will meet by conference call on Monday, November 20, 2006 beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending at approximately 9:30 a.m. The conference call will be conducted at the PDC, 222 NW Fifth Avenue (Commission Conference Room) in Portland, Oregon.

The special meeting will be held to:

• Allow the PDC Board of Commissioners to discuss and vote on a proposed change in use of Block 8 (current location of the Globe Hotel) in the Downtown Waterfront Urban Renewal Area.
  
  
• Authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment #4 to the Amended and Restated Disposition and Development Agreement with Fremont Partners, LLC, to extend the deadline for closing the Fremont Project residential component and authorize PDC financing.
