Contracting and Development Opportunities with the
Portland Development Commission

The Portland Development Commission encourages participation of Minority, Women and Emerging Small Business contractors in its projects. To receive certification as Minority, Women or Emerging Small Business, contractors must register with the State of Oregon.

You can signup to be notified by email when a new Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Qualification (RFQ) or Invitation for Bid (IFB) is posted on our website.

To download any of the notices we recommend that you register with PDC. By registering and then logging in, you can download an RFP/RFQ and we can notify you of any corrections or changes announced for this solicitation.

Before logging in, you can review an open notice to determine your interest, and whether you meet the specific qualifications to submit a proposal.
