To download the RFPs, RFQs, or Solicitation of Interests from the PDC web site you will need to register with us. You will be required to enter in contact information in case we need to notify you of any updates to any of the notices that you view or download.

You will be sent an e-mail with an initial password. This is the password that you can use to access the site using your e-mail address as your user name. After you have successfully logged in for the first time you will then be able to change your password.

Note: If your e-mail is filtered for spam then you may need to add pdc.us e-mail before you sign up so to allow for the confirmation e-mail to go through.
