Provides low-income homeowners with loans for needed and critical home repairs in Clackamas County.

Community Energy Project
Empowers people in the Portland metro area to maintain healthier, more livable homes, control their utility costs, and conserve natural resources.

Construction Contractors Board
Protects the public’s interest relating to improvements to real property by regulating construction contractors and promoting a competitive business environment through education, contractor licensing, dispute resolution, and law enforcement.

Energy Trust of Oregon
A public-purpose organization dedicated to energy efficiency and renewable energy generation.

Multnomah County Weatherization & Energy Assistance
Contributes to the economic self-sufficiency of families in poverty by providing low income families with the means to reduce their home energy cost burden.

Reach Community Development Corporation
Provides quality affordable housing and opportunities for individuals, families, and communities.

Rebuilding Together
Local volunteer organization that, in partnership with the community, rehabilitates the homes of low-income homeowners, particularly the elderly, disabled, and families with children so that they can continue to live in warmth, safety, and independence.

Unlimited Choices
A community-based, private, non-profit organization serving Beaverton, Gresham, Portland, and Vancouver, as well as communities in Multnomah County that promotes independence and safety with an emphasis on those with physical disabilities.

Washington County Housing Rehabilitation Program
Low interest loans and grants are available to low income Washington County residents for home repairs and accessibility improvements.
