- Purchases property within various urban renewal areas (URA) to achieve URA housing goals
- Provides technical assistance along the way

The PDC Housing Department has the experience to help multi-family property owners target their investments to benefit their property, tenants and neighborhood. We can help:
- Identify funding to repair or renovate property
