PDC Community Renovation Loan

The Portland Development Commission (PDC) no longer offers the PDC Community Renovation Loan. The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and its participating lenders offer a similar loan called an FHA  203K Loan.   On their website, you can learn more about the program and find local lenders who offer this purchase or refinance with renovation loan program.   Many local lenders also offer the Fannie Mae HomeStyle Renovation Loan program which is also a good loan program to purchase/refinance a home that needs renovations or repairs.
