Housing Development Sections

PDC’s Housing Services Department supports new housing development and rehabilitation of existing properties, primarily in Portland’s urban renewal areas.  Functions include policy and planning, support of qualified projects with Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and/or City and Federal funds, coordination of development finance packages, and technical assistance. The PDC can assist with various financial loans & programs for builders and developers.
