For Home Owners
Welcome Home Owners! PDC’s Neighborhood Housing Program (NHP) helps home owners refinance and renovate their homes. In fact PDC has been helping Portland’s home owners, just like you, with home improvement for more than more than 40 years. PDC has two construction specialists who can help you through your home improvement project and its loan specialists can help you get the funding you need to update your home.
Home Owner Loans & Programs
Specifically NHP offers the following programs for home owners:
PDC Community Renovation Loan - a home loan program to help you refinance and renovate your home in Portland.
Portland Regional Lead Hazard Control Program- a $10,000 grant to help low-income home owners in the Portland four county region to reduce lead hazards in their homes.
PDC also offers the Home Repair Loan - a low interest rate loan of up to $30,000 with a 3-5% annual percentage rate to low-income homeowners in the Interstate Corridor and Lents Town Center URA.
Unlimited Choices now administers the Beaverton Home Repair Loan – a home repair loan program from the City of Beaverton to assist income eligible Beaverton homeowners with basic, essential, emergency or code repairs.
