The Portland Development Commission (PDC) seeks proposals from qualified Development Teams for the purchase and redevelopment of an approximately 32,400 square foot site, known as the Grant Warehouse Redevelopment Site (Grant Warehouse). Grant Warehouse is located on NE Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard (NE MLK) within the Oregon Convention Center Urban Renewal Area (OCCURA) between NE Ivy and NE Cook Streets. The site is approximately one mile north of Portland’s Lloyd Center/Rose Quarter business district and one mile east of Interstate 5. The site is cleared of all buildings and has benefited from substantial environmental remediation resulting in the issuance of a letter of “No Further Action” (NFA) from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality issued on July 13, 2006.
