Mapping Exercise

The Urban Renewal Advisory Group (URAG) has been asked to recommend a modest expansion of River District URA boundaries.  Current state law limits expansions of urban renewal areas to 20% of their original size.  In the case of the River District URA, the maximum expansion is 61 acres.

Throughout this process, the URAG will receive a variety of recommendations for boundary changes. From this page, you can view all of those recommendations starting with the first set of recommendations from the Joint Land-Use Committees of the Pearl District and Old Town/Chinatown Neighborhood Associations. This page will be updated regularly to reflect new recommendations as they are received by the URAG.
