Development Opportunity Services (DOS) Program
River District

DOS grants are generally used for specific predevelopment activities prior to construction, such as architectural planning studies, building inspection, engineering reports, market assessments, environmental studies and real estate financial analysis.

DOS grants are matching grants that reimburse property owners for 80% of the cost of this feasibility work, up to a maximum of $12,000. DOS funds are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Check to see if your property is eligible for DOS program by searching for a specific address using the Portland Maps GIS mapping service, and then clicking on the Development link in the top navigation of the resulting query window.
