Interested parties will learn about applying for the Portland Main Street Program, the Main Street Four Point Approach, and fundraising strategies. At least two people from each group wishing to apply in 2010 must attend an application workshop. Workshops are open to the public and anyone interested is encouraged to attend, even if they haven't decided to apply this year.
