We’ve also developed special resources to support regional marketing, including customized presentations that make the case for Portland’s healthy business climate and desirability as a business location.

Building a "Custom Presentation"...

Instructions:

1. Download the files to your hard drive (see note below).
2. Open the "Downtown & Urban Centers" presentation to use as the "master" and immediately select Save As... to rename the presentation file and save it to your hard drive.
3. Open a secondary source presentation (High Tech, Biosciences, etc.).
4. Under the Window pull-down menu, select Arrange All.
5. Under the View pull-down menu, select the Slide Sorter view for both presentations.
6. Use the right mouse button to click-n-drag the slides you want to copy from the source presentation into position in the destination presentation (the newly renamed 'master').
7. When you release the mouse button, select COPY(not Move).
