Regulatory Assistance

PDC works with the State of Oregon, Port of Portland and other regional and city agencies to provide assistance and remove regulatory road blocks for companies seeking to relocate or expand in the Portland region.

We help companies navigate the regulatory process: understanding regulations, permit requirements and coordination of meetings with state and local agencies to ensure a smooth and timely development process. We provide introductions and solve problems with other government agencies and bureaus.

The Small Business Advocate also provides direct assistance to small firms, working to ensure that small businesses are not burdened by the city’s development process.
