PDC Fiscal Year 2008-2009 Budget
Development of the 2008/09 PDC Budget:
Similar to the City of Portland, the Portland Development Commission fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. At this time, the agency has begun the annual development of a budget for fiscal year 2008/09. The budget will be adopted in June 2008 by the PDC Board and become effective July 1, 2008.
The budget document serves as a one-year detailed financial plan and four-year forecast which guides how the agency improves Portlander’s lives through housing investments, economic development/job generation activities and overall redevelopment.
The budget presented to City Council and the PDC Board will incorporate comments and suggestions from a broad range of stakeholders including urban renewal advisory committees, Central City neighborhood and business organizations, and the community at large.
We invite you to get involved in this year’s budget development. Below are important documents, presentations, and schedules for the work ahead.
