ORPIN

PDC encourages all vendors that are interested in PDC contract opportunities to register as a “supplier” on the State’s Oregon Procurement Information Network (ORPIN):

Click “Supplier Registration” in the left-hand navigation panel of the ORPIN “Welcome” page and follow the instructions there.

Effective June 1, 2008, in addition to posting formal bid opportunities on the PDC website, PDC will post formal bid opportunities on ORPIN. To find these opportunities, log onto ORPIN as a supplier and do the following:

1. In the left hand navigation window, click “Browse Opportunities”
2. Click “By Organization"
3. Click “Search” when the “Issued by” box is checked
4. Click on “Portland, City Of”

Note: if “Portland, City of” is not displaying on this page, it means PDC and/or the City of Portland have no open formal solicitations at the time.

PDC will continue to post all informal solicitations with an estimated contract value in excess of $25,000 and less than $100,000 on the “RFPs/RFQs/Bid Opportunities” page on the PDC website.
