Commission Meeting Information and Schedule

The PDC Board of Commissioners holds regular Board meetings generally on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at the PDC office unless otherwise indicated below. Please note that the schedule shown below is subject to change, and will be updated as changes are made.

The Board is authorized by the City Charter to adopt policies and take actions in the form of “resolutions” at a public meeting. Generally, all proposed resolutions are included in the advance agenda and posted to this website on the Friday before a regular meeting, along with accompanying reports and other information-only reports. The public is invited to attend any regular meeting or work session of the Board, and public testimony is welcome at regular meetings. If you are planning on providing testimony to the Board either in person or otherwise, please read these guidelines (PDF).

Broadcasts of PDC Board of Commissioners Meetings

Regular Board Meetings are also videotaped and re-broadcast by Comcast Cable on government access channel 30, typically on the Friday (11:00 a.m.), Sunday (5:30 a.m.) and Monday (7:00 p.m.) following the meeting. To verify these days and times, visit Portland Community Media's online programming guide and search for “Portland Development Commission” closer to the date of a particular meeting.
